Most people don’t think that they can use grocery stores to build their food storage –but they are wrong! A lot of great deals can be found at grocery stores. I have been able to stock up on sugar, oil, and grains at great prices. Macey’s is one of the best places to stock up b/c they have an “Emergency Prepardness Sale” every couple of months.
